With experience in the private and public benefit sectors, I am a capacity builder and creative change agent. I help people, teams and organizations learn and improve performance through problem identification, stakeholder engagement, design thinking, and the vigorous and thoughtful use of technology to manage information and mobilize knowledge.

After a multidisciplinary education, I pursued careers in dance performance and choreography, and administration and management in creative organizations including architectural firms, business consultancies and professional associations.

Born and raised in downtown Toronto, I have called London, England and Guelph, Ontario home. I am the mother of Nico and partner of Lorne, an active member of the cycling profession and manager at our family's 100 year old bicycle store.
